Windshield Replacemet

It was impossible to see the road after a semi passed us and caused a big break right in my line of vision. Luckily, just one phone call and we had everything we needed for a new windshield. Bill took care of all the phone calls and paperwork and in three hours we were driving again. I think a lot of people don’t get their broken windshields repaired because they think it will cost too much or take too long, etc. If they would just give your shop a phone call I am sure they would be very surprised how easy and fast the service is. When my son put a rock through our family room window, we had two companies tell us that they’d have to have someone come out. Besides the best price around to replace your windshield with OEM products, the quality of work and the business’s warranty cannot be beat. After the job my windshield looked like it did when I drove my car off the lot. One thing you got to worry about is the sealing around the windows but no worries with DK BOOS lifetime warranty.

My biggest pet peeve is the fact that most companies do not understand that variability and communication are extremely important to each customer. Your company’s communication was exceptional every step of the way and they were always here during the appointed time with all the necessay equipment and resources. There were no excuses. I especially liked the personal pride in workmanship and the attention to details. Little things like removing shoes and respecting other peoples property are hallmarks of a customer oriented company. Our home was left clean as if a major construction project never occurred. Out of the blue, my driver door window stopped working. I brought it over to find out what was wrong. Your tech came out and took a look at it and took a few minutes to figure out it was the regulator. I contacted your company and received an estimate over the phone for a dog door within my sliding glass door. Theresa was great in scheduling for someone to come to my home and taking all the necessary information. Will came out and in no time at all, measured everything and in less than two weeks my door was ready. He installed my door all the while keeping track of my 10lb dog, who loves being in the middle of everything. I will definitely contact DK Boos for any additional needs.
